If you’re looking for the perfect festival look, look no further. Models own Glitter Lip Kit comes in 5 beautiful colours. I’m using the Rose Meteor kit. The glitter is so pigmented and sparkly, it really catches the light. The beauty of this lip kit is that it is simple to use and the results are amazing. I’ve even used this as eye glitter. For just £3.50 on sale this kit is just to die for!
Sleek Matte Me is a brilliant liquid lipstick at a fantastic price of £4.99. It is available in 14 shades, to suit any occasion. I’m using Sleek Matte Me in the colour Vino Tinto, which is so appropriate as this is the perfect red wine shade. The finish is lightweight and soft. It doesn’t feel dry and flaky like some matte lipsticks. I would really recommend this product as you can build a collection of matte colours without breaking the bank.
It’s festival season so this week I’m using Lottie London Glitter Switch in the colour High Roller to create this cute look. When you first apply this lipstick, it dries matte. Then the amazing bit, when you press your lips together it reveals glitter pigment! The more you press your lips together the sparkier your lips become. It is easy to apply and is so pigmented it does not require a lip liner. It comes in three gorgeous colours and only costs £6.95! I’m totally in love with Lottie London’s take on this glitter lipstick, just perfect for that extra bit of sparkle.
Japonesque is a Japanese inspired cosmetics brand. This week I’m using Japonesque Pro Performance Lip Lacquer Liquid Lipstick. This vibrant glossy lipstick comes with a tapered brush that gives you absolute precision. I purchased Shade 4 on sale from http://www.asos.com for only £7.00! To get this vibrant colour, I applied a few coats. This look is perfect for festival season.
This week I’m using Beauty Bakerie’s ASOS Exclusive Lip Whip in the colour ASOS Nude. This cruelty free brand is cutesie to say the least, with some product packaging resembling cute food like a tub of ice cream. This matte finish liquid lipstick is thicker than most liquid matte lipsticks I have used in the past. The thick velvet texture gives your lips a full and smooth appearance but, only if you don’t press your lips together once the lipstick has dried. If you do this, the lipstick becomes very sticky and no longer looks smooth. This is on sale for only £7.00 from £16.00, it’s such an incredible price. The only thing I would say is use with caution as it isn’t the easiest of mattes to use.

Crayola have gone and launched a beauty line exclusive to ASOS and it is so cute. The colours are inspired by our childhood crayon colours. This week I’m using Crayola Lip & Cheek Crayon in the colour Lilac. I was expecting this to feel hard and waxy like a real crayon however, don’t let the crayon-like packaging fool you as it is very surprisingly soft. The pigment is amazing and it has a subtle fragrance. Yes, this colour is very daring, but it is a gorgeous statement lip and can be used in other ways. I’ve lined my eyes to complete this look and I love it.
This week I’m using Milani Amore Matte lip cream in the colour Precious. It smells lovely and is available in many other shades. This creamy matte lipstick dries as an extreme matte finish and once dried, it does not transfer. When using such matte finishes I always recommend exfoliating your lips before hand to get a smooth finish. Overall this is a good matte lipstick, it is thicker and creamier than most liquid matte lipsticks which means its quite easy to get a neat finish. The pigment is intense and at only £9 what’s not to love!
